Repeating control in Wordlayout does not work for paragraphs

It is well known, that one can use a repeater control (or repeating section content control) In a NAV 2016 Word layout report together with Word 2013.
This works well with the repeater control defined for a table row. According to documentation https://msdn.microsoft.com/de-de/library/office/jj889465.aspx it should also work for repeating contents within a paragraph. But this is not the case:

Has anybody got any ideas?

With Standard Word custom xml parts functionality, RSCC for paragraphs is no problem. Even nested repeaters can be realized.

In the meantime, enhanced Wordlayout+ is available, which offers quite a lot of new features like repeaters around arbitrary sections, whole tables, etc., nested repeaters, advanced image handling, manual line breaks and more.
