RDLC Layout export to excel to much columns and rows

Hello,
I want to export data to excel using the Layout.
I have an report header (blue) so excel sees this part as a header and fixes these lines when scrolling. I want to keep this functionality. But spacing and placing the textboxes in the header is not easy and time-consuming.
When I look at the result in Excel, I find too much columns and rows.
Is there an easy way to get rid of the extra columns and rows?

If you want a good excel output and if its possible in design. Desing a Report with only table in body.
What i mean by desing is -
If its possible to bring everything from page header to table header.
The other way round is -
Your page header textbox should be exactly of same width as of table column and without any space.

Thank you for the answer, I tried that, it was my first design. In that case the header in excel is not blocked when scrolling. Is there a way to force that behaviour from the body section- in the table-row -properties?

This is working with an easy layout, but I have too many columns and too many rows in the header I guess.....
