remove this filter GenLine.SETFILTER("Account No.",GenLine."Account No.");
sort on vendor no and create a global variable called prevvendorno.
check in repeat statement that Prevvendorno is same as account no. of the genjnlline.
if yes then add the amounts and delete the line
if not assign account no. to prevvendorno.

I totally agree with Mohana. There's a saying (not sure of the origin)...
