Requisition Worksheet - Action Message "New" / "Cancel" vs. "Reschedule" / Resched. & Chg. Qty.

When does NAV having an Action Message with "Reschedule"?

Assume:
Inventory: 0

Item Card:
Replenishment System: Purchase
Reording Policiy: Fixed Reorder Qty.
Reorder Point: 10
Reorder Quantity 5

First planning gives me a new PO with 15 Pcs. to a calculated date 15.08.2016
Second Carry Out Action to Create a PO.
Then moving the expected receipt date of the PO from 15.08.2016 to 30.08.2016 (Because of Vendor confirmation)

Now, when I make a new planning the systems gives me to lines, saying Cancel PO of 30.08.2016 and New PO to 15.08.2016

Why does the system not say "Reschedule" PO to 15.08.2016?

    Your link just explains what I assume the system should do (e.g. Reschedule), but does not explain the behavior above (Cancel and New), which I assume is wrong.

    NAV 5.0 SP1 gives me the correct Output Reschedule.
