Hi All,
I have a line of code which is
table.setfilter("No.",*%1*,"Document No.");
if table.findset then ;
if did findset or findfirst, but when I debug it, it goes to the beginning of the data which is not correct.
do you know what is missing from the code ?
thanks,

Wrong: table.setfilter("No.",*%1*,"Document No.");
Right: table.setfilter("No.",'%1','*'+"Document No.");Austrian NAV/BC Dev5

Your question has been answerd already in
Percentage Sign handling in NAV is dangerously flaky
So, in this case, you should use STRSUBSTNO.0 -

What you really want to achieve.
Write like this
table.RESET;
table.setrange("No.","Document No.");
if table.findset then ;
repeat
until table.next=0;
Which table is it?
Thanks

I'd do it like
table.SETFILTER("No.",STRSUBSTNO('*%1*',"Document No."));
