Windows 10 with NAV2013R2 Cumulative Update 12 - IIS Rewrite installation error

I've encountered an error when installing NAV2013R2 cumulative update 12 (Build 7.1.38053.0) on my new notebook running Windows 10.
The error message says there is a newer version of IIS URL Rewrite module on this machine already. Because of this error, I cannot get the Web Server Components installed correctly.
I found MS released CU24 to make windows 10 compatible with v2013R2. (https://mbs2.microsoft.com/Knowledgebase/KBDisplay.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;3097766 ), but because my client is running on CU12, I cannot use CU24...
Does anyone know how I can solve this issue? Thank you!!
Partial Error Log:
Windows Installer: Error: A newer version of IIS URL Rewrite Module 2 was found on this machine.
Done configuring package. Id = 'IISURLRewite' ReturnCode = 1603
Rolling back MSI package. Id = 'ARP'
Done rolling back MSI package. ReturnCode = 0
SUCCESS: Package IIS prerequisites for Web Server Components executed sucessfully.
ERROR: Package Microsoft IIS URL Rewrite Module (64-bit) failed with error. See detailed message above.

Hi,
Perhaps you can go to "Add or Remove Programs" and find "Microsoft URL Rewrite Module..." to uninstall ?
And then install Nav 2013.
Good luck.\\The truth exists in seven versions.0 -
