SETFILTER misbehaving

vWHTEntry is a QUERY, and everytime I filter it with code it doesn't hit my REPEAT UNTIL (see attach image) even though it's right. but when I go to the Properties vWHTEntry object set the table filter it works find.I dont know why when filter it with code it doesn't work. please help me and give me some ideas. im a newbie in navision. thank in advance.
