Dear experts
Our client uses NAV 2013 R2. One user receives errors when trying to edit an Account Schedule, export the account schedule into Excel, or run the account schedule report. Please find the errors in the attached files.
This happens only to one user. It did not happen before. In addition, when this user takes the same steps in different date or time, the user is able to get the results without the error.
May I get your suggestion about how to identify the causes of the issues and how to fix them?
Thank you.

Hi kelseykong,
I think your clue lies in No. 2. There could be a user customization or filter or saved data entry that causes the problem.
Have had a similar problem where NAV 'remembered' an invalid date on a page.
Good luck.\\The truth exists in seven versions.0 -

Thank you very much for your feedback. May I know how you fixed your issue before? Will delete the zup file the only solution?

Will delete any account schedule related lines from the page data personalization table fix the issues?
Thank you!0 -
It could, I don't know because I cannot see you database or code.
I had a similar problem and not the excact same problem as you have...
Hope it works for you.\\The truth exists in seven versions.0 -
There's no ZUP file for NAV 2013 and above.
What you will need to do is delete the User Metadata table for that specific user. This will clear the "ZUP" file.Confessions of a Dynamics NAV Consultant = my blog
