Sales unit of measure + warehouse pick

in NAV/Navision Classic Client
We are using WMS functionality and we are struggling with our unit of measure.
We buy a certain product in a box, we would like to sell it in a box, but when used in a production-BOM we are using Pieces.

We have setup our location with:

Base unit of measure = Pcs
Purch Unit of measure = Box
Sales Unit of Measure = Box
Put-away unit of measure code = Pcs

Purchase process is working fine.
When the Put-away is registered Pcs are posted in the bin code.
Picks from the Production order work correct.

But when I want to sell a box, I'm not able to create an pick because I only have pieces in stock.
Am I forced to sell pieces when using this as a Put-away unit of measure code?

    Hi,

    I tried to reproduce the same scenario and was able to create the pick without errors.
    The system suggest to take units from the item bin and to place boxes to the shipment bin.

    Have you made some customization on the Report 7318 "Whse.-Shipment - Create Pick" ?

    Hi Larbi, Thank you for your effort.
    The object is standard NAV.

    But now I know that it is possible I will just have to look further.
    There might be a setting which is causing this... when I find it I will update this post.
