Active Window Issue

This is sort of an odd scenario, but here goes ...

Has anyone ever encountered an issue where as you drill down in NAV, the active window moves behind the former active window?

For example: User is on the customer list. They select a customer and click "View". The customer card opens, but the active window is still the customer list. The customer card is open behind the customer list.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
