Hi,
i upgraded NAV from 2013 R2 to 2016, but every personalization is lost. The metadata is stored in Table 20000075 after the upgrade like bevor.
How can i restore the user Personalization or do i missed a step in the upgrade process?

the whole structure has been changed how NAV 2016 is storing all of the Personalization.
Probably there is no way to preserve this.
As a last resort you can try to use the Export / Import Profiles functions from Departments/Administration/Application Setup/RoleTailored Client
Cheers
