Hello,
We are updating our ERP from Dynamics Nav v5 to Dynamics Nav 2015.
Currently, in the v5 version, in a report (invoice for example) the total amount appear in a tab at the bottom of the last page (with others vta informations).
Our provider tells us that in Dynamics 2015, it will no be possible. In the new report, total amount and others, will be immediatly after the tab of the invoice line.
We are disppointed that the new version provide less flexibility.
Any ideas ?
Regards.

Hi,
You can design almost the same report with RDLC. The issue may be some design features may take more time (and cost) to implement.
For me the question should be how must your company is whiling to pay to have that specific layout design.
Maybe there are some solutions (some changes to layout) that isn't to hard do implement and make the invoice close to version 5. Try to discuss with your provider if it's impossible to implement or if its hard and how could be simplified.
