Having problem with Export to Excel from Analysis per dimension view

Hi, the users gets an error when trying to export to excel from their Analysis per dimension view. But the common export function in NAV lists work fine, it's only the Analysis that have problems.
They had a ransomware last week, and after that is does not work anymore, but no reinstallation of Office was needed.
The error says "The server threw an exception. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010105 (RPC_E_SERVERFAULT))
Could there be som Component missing: We've asked them to try to restart the server and also the reinstall office at one client to see if it helps.
