Print & Send: Microsoft Excel Error

Hi guys,

i've a problem. I installed NAV 2009 R2, NAV 2013, NAV 2013 R2, NAV 2015 and NAV 2016 on local server that me and my colleagues use to test our implementation. When i try to export data (i.e. customer list) in a version 2015 or less (i.e 2013 R2) i got an error:

if i try to export a card (i.e. customer card) it work fine.

There are some registry keys or dll or other that i can try to change to fix this problem?

Thanks a lot.

    Hi,
There is no compatibility matrix Released from Microsoft that Support NAV 2016, NAV 2015 and NAV 2013 R2 work on Same Machine.

The compatibility Matrix that is last released with NAV 2016 CU1 is to support NAV 2015 and NAV 2016 in same Machine.

The Error May be Due to Same.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Saurav Dhyani

    Hi Saurav,

i think that i founded a solution. First of all i removed Microsoft Office Excel Add-in.

Next i removed from regedit a register key linked to office:

now excel export didn't crash and it work correctly in NAV 2009 R2, NAV 2015 and NAV 2016. In 2013 and 2013 R2 it don't work (excell file is empty) but i think that ther is an incompatiblity between 2013 and 2013 r2 and excell 2016.

    Thanks.
