Getting error for Locking of Reservation Entry Table

in NAV Three Tier
We are getting an error for reservation entry table lock. We had removed physical index on the field also but still we are getting an error. Items are serialized items. In one order around 200 Serialized items for each line.

Any suggestion/Solution

    We have a customer who largely use reservation entries for tracking and sometimes he buys about 200 new serial nos. in a purchase order...we didn't face such locking problems. By the way, try to be more specific:
    - when do you get the lock? during posting?
    - is the solution customized?
    - how many concurrent users are working?
    - nav version?
    I don't know if i'll be able to help you without "hands on", but nobody will if you don't give such basic informations about the environment.
    PS: you told that "you removed physical index on the field"...what is "the field"? why did you remove this index? do you know that it can be used to speed up some query that nav needs to run within a transaction, and without this index you can make the transaction longer and increase the locks?

    Please note my feedback on your query.

    - when do you get the lock? during posting?
    On posting Item journal from Whare house > Inventory > Item journal
    - is the solution customized?
    Default Nav 2009 SP1
    - how many concurrent users are working?
    Single user licence > Server shut down suddenly due to load shedding, UPS not support .
    - nav version?
