No NAS Services FastTab when creating NAV Server instance for Email job queue

I need to have a job queue running in order to log email interactions in my NAV 2016 dbs.
For that job queue I need to create a server instance on the Dynamics NAV server.
I'm following these MSDN instructions: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh167019(v=nav.90).aspx#
This tells me that on the "NAS Services FastTab" I need to enter Startup Codeunit 450, and enter the company.
But as you can see in the attached screenshot I don't have a NAS Services FastTab, nor a Startup Codeunit field or company.
And of course it does not work without this.
Does anybody have an idea what is going on here?
Thank you!
Theo
