No permissions to create Report

Hi, i'am logged in as Administrator. But have not the permissions to create a report over the dev enviroment (report designer). The Administrator has owner privileges in MS SQL 2014 to the NAVDEMO database. Any ideas?

What license are you using?
What object ID are you creating?0 -
I have used ID 0815 :-) It is the cronus license. How can I check the license?0

you can only create report 99,999 with cronus license.

yes. you need partner license for full development.0
