Report 24 (Sales Taxes Collected)

I have problem with the Report 24 (Sales Taxes Collected) in NAV 2013 R2 (US Version). Also checked the Report -to Jurisdiction on the Jurisdiction table and it's filled, also the VAT Entry Table there are lot of records. The report is not empty, but it does not show the new records (transactions) from "Posted Sales Invoices" ,but these records are in VAT Entry table.

I do not use filters on the report! What can cause the problem ?
