Job Credit Memo / NAV 2013 R2

in NAV Three Tier
Hello,

I would like to create a new sales credit memo from a job planning line. But i got the following error : "There was no Job Planning Line with a Qty to Transfer to Invoice larger than 0". (I also tried to enter a value in this field but i got another error). Has anybody a solution/explanation for this?

    I am guessing you are creating credit memo from a job planing line which was already invoiced.

    What you should do is create new job planing line inside this Job task line under the one that you want to credit.
    Copy the details from the line which you want to credit (Type, No., amount) and set amount to negative.
    After everything is ready you create credit memo with a press of button Create credit memo

    Example below how it should look job planing line for
    Invoice
    Credit memo
    Invoice
