NAV 2016 Install

Hi
When I try and install NAV 2016 R1 GB v42815 - Choose an Installation Option - Client - Server Name - localhost, Client Servers Port 8046 and then click Apply. I get the Installing Microsoft Dynamics NAV screen but nothing happens, no scroll bar activity and can only click Cancel. Event Viewer shows no issues!
Any ideas why nothing is happening? I am running on Windows 8.1 Enterprise and have NAV 2015 successfully installed.

Did you try running setup as Administrator?0
