  Is it me or is the quality very low?
  I hear the sound only mono (from my left ear).
  
  And the next one (Managed Services of Azure) is the same quality.

  Sound is ok here. The original file size of this recording is +7GB, so I have reduced quality to conserve diskspace and bandwidth.
