Hi All,
I am doing an upgrade from NAV 2009 R2 to NAV 2015 Directly.
while running step 2 in nav 2015 db, the below error occurs.
Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Break On Error Message:
A call to System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.ExecuteNonQuery failed with this message: Incorrect syntax near '01'.
OK
I have check the dimension data through this link --> http://www.dynamics.is/?p=1751
but, there are no wrong dimension entries. I have checked through debugging and the error occurs in below CU --104049
please give your suggestions

What I have found during upgrade is, that there is such an error, when in dimensions there is code, which does not exists in the Dimension Value table (e.g some historical value once used than deleted). You need to create them in Dimension Value and than it should work. On the page you mentioned, there is SQL script but checking only G/L Entries and Dim 1. You need to go through all Entry Dimension and other tables and look for such a codes...1

Please check whether you have numerical values in your company name.
if so rename it to text only and then rename back after upgrade is done.1
