NAV Company List

I have 50 NAV Companies in 1 database. I want different users to be able to login to different companies. So 1 user may be able to login to only 5 of the companies, another user may be able to login to 10, another user would be able to login to all 50. New companies are added fairly regularly, so the list must be easy to manage.
What is the easiest way to control this?

Hi
Use user permissions /roles to assign available companies to each user. So for example if user A is a SUPER user currently create a new line for SUPER for each company they need access to and delete old blank company line.
Hopefully users are not all role/permission SUPER but useful as quick example.

You need to control that using permission set, and assign the permission to the company.0

if you have a lot of users without SUPER permission, controlling and managing this will be a nightmare. Suggest you do a custom app to make this easier. Maybe there is a third party app that will do this out of the box.David Machanick
