ClientFileExists function - web-client bug?

I am trying to void electronic payment (report 10084) in NAV 2015 North American version (the latest build 41370) using web-client and getting the following error: "The operation cannot complete because it uses a feature that is not supported (.Net Framework interoperability)".
In a debug mode, it stops at ClientFileExists function in codeunit 419. The same functionality works fine with Windows client. Is that web-client limitation or known bug?

I think you have to use Java Script for the web client

I am just wondering if this is a known NAV bug? if so, we can expect this to get fixed by Microsoft. Or, if this is just limitation of web client, then that's another story.
