Report 206 - Sales Invoice Very Slow to generate 2013 R2

Hello

We are running 2013 R2 (13th Update) with Swedish localisation. We are seeing that it can take up to 1 minute to generate this report and this is causing us a big issue. We also have the same version running for our UK company on the same servers and we do not see this issue.

We are utilising RDS for both these systems.

Can anybody offer any advise on how we can resolve this? As I mentioned earlier, this is a big issue for us.

    Are there images from sales & receivables setup being printed on the invoice?
    This used to be a problem in earlier versions, because in the dataset the image was added for each line.

    No there are not any images being printed.

    Could it be that the system is configured to print images if the existed. (I'm probably clutching at straws here)

    And have you checked the size of the dataset?

    You can check the size of the dataset by using print preview and then Help, About this list, Export as xml. Then check the size of the xml.
