Highlighting columns in a list page

Hi there
I need to highlight 3 columns in a list page (nav 2015). We don't have the possibility to change the background color as a property on the field/column, the only thing we can change is the font (through 'StyleExp' and 'Style'). Aren't there any ways of changing the background color of a column in a list page - maybe by use of Control-Addins??

that could help me....But what about the issue that control-add ins doesn't Work on repeaters like a list page?
