Nav 2015 - utlook Integration

Hi folks,

I am trying to set up Outlook Integration to use a public shared folder for the contacts (so visible to all users) but when I synchronize nothing gets created in this folder.

If set up a 'normal' Nav Contacts folder under the outlook user Contacts then it is correctly populated.

Does anyone know if it is possible to use a shared folder for this?

    Hi Slomo,

    it's probably because the user does not have permissions to write into that folder, can that be the case here?
