Multi-line Intercompany Journal Entry

I can do a single line intercompany journal entry just fine(one debit, one credit, one document number). When I do a multi-line, such as the following (also wanting it to be one entry with one document no.):

DR $500 GL Account 24150
CR $250 IC Partner TTG
CR $250 IC Partner TTG

I get the following error:
"The IC Outbox Jnl. Line already exists. Identification fields and values: Transaction No.=xxxx,IC Partner Code='TTG',Transaction Source='Created by Current Company',Line No.='0'"

Is it not possible to send a multi-line journal entry through the I/C Journal?

For me the solution was to reset the line number in Outbox Journal Line in the function CreateOutboxJnlLine. There was a hotfix implemented that set the Line Number to "Line No." from the IC Journal but that hotfix actually caused the error.
