Field Comment in T81

Hello,

Does anyone know what the field "Comment" in T81 is made for ? The online help says its used for fixed assets, but I cannot find the comment value once the line is validated.

I think, this field is available only on pages and you can add comments to it but it wont flow to any where.
comments will be unavailable until the record is in Journal's

Thx for the answer.
I think the utility of such a field is debatable and might lead the users to believe the value will be stored on the entries.
On the other hand, it's also weird this field (N° 5618 => linked to Fixed Assets) is visible on the General Journal page(s) but not on the Fixed Asset G/L Journal Page.
I'm going to rename it in order users are not misunderstanding its utility.
