User Permission Set

I have a client that wants to set up new users within the RTC. They know how to create the users the problem comes when trying to determine the permissions that the user has access to. Is there anyone who can point me in the right direction of some sort of documentation that discusses the stock user permissions and what they can access? I realize that I can create a user permission for their needs but they want information on the permissions for themselves. Any help is appreciated.
