NAV 2013 R2 Web Client

Hello,

I would be interested to hear from anybody that is using the NAV 2013 R2 web client in a production environment. We are in the process of testing this and so far have found that it is less responsive than the full client (over RDP) but this may just be that our web server is not well configured.

If anybody could give me their feedback on performance, usability etc. I would be very grateful.

    Hi,

    NAV 2013 Web client is sluggish, and we recommend to our clients, to use it only occasional for small tasks. (new versions are better e.g. NAV 2015 is better)
    Some users tried to use it on everyday basis but at some stage they realised it is not productive.

    Better option is to install RTC client over WAN. This gives better performance and it runs smoother.

    Do you use RTC direct over WAN or via Cirix or RDP?
