Navision and Aultis Mailfax

We have configured the Aultis Mailfax function into Navision 4.0. After using this function and we terminate Navision 4.0 we get the below message.

[b]"WMS Idle: Finsql.exe - Application Error" "The Instruction at "0X35fa0122" refrenced memory at "0x0b2f347c" memory could not be "read" Click on OK to terminate the program.[/b] This message only appears if use the Aultis Mailfax function. If you use only Navision and terminate the app we do not get the above message. I have uninstalled both Navision 4.0 and Aultis Mailfax and this did not seem to make a world of difference. Any suggestions.

I don't know the fax application, but if it uses automation control you may need to clear the application before leaving navision.

You need to find out how the integration with the fax application has been done.

Do you have any documentation? Can you contact the developer who created the integration?
