Report Add a Report Parameter

Hello,
I would like to add a parameter to a report. This I want to use to build the function Expand All / All Collpase.
While I can add the parameter in Visual Studio. Only after you close Visual Studio and compile the parameter away.

How can I solve this?

    And you are sure the saved the changes to the NAV-report?
    You get 2 questions asked:
    In Microsoft SQL Server Report Builder:
    Do you want to save changes to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\3\Microsoft Dynamics Nav Designer\4732\Report50001(0)\ReportLayout\Report.rdl?

    In Microsoft Dynamics NAV Development Environment:
    The layout of report id: '50001' is changed by another application.
    Filename of the changed RDLC: 'C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\3\Microsoft Dynamics Nav Designer\4732\Report50001(0)\ReportLayout\Report.rdl'

    Yes i save it (it´Visual Studio).
    But the parameter, which I insert in Visual Studio is always away.
