"free design" report body NAV 2013

Hi,
Few days ago I found accidentally a MSDN tutorial explaining how to make a "free design" into the body so you could add several texboxses, and other stuff and make it work as you were using rows but with completly free design like when we used to with old nav report.
any1 knows where is is?
