NAS maillog e-mail dispatcher error from 1 e-mail adress

I have a problem with the e-mail dispatcher from navision.

The maillog is running in a nas and I see below error. This error is triggered from 1 e-mail adres from the public folder QUEUE. I have tried to run the maillog in a navisio client and I get exact same error.

The call to member Count failed. Collaboration Data Objects returned the following message:
[Collaboration Data Objects - [E_FAIL(80004005)]]

The e-mail addres is internal in our domain. All other e-mail (internal and external) will be processed without problems until the specific e-mail address is on top of the queue. The maillog will stop there and in the end it will loose contact with exchange.

I have recently updated the navision server with updates for window and office.
Since then I see this problem. I tried to remove office 2007 SP3 with microsoft tool but the SP3 will not be removed completely.
