Dear friends,
i have problem with Microsoft 2013 license.
When i access Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013, in same time for the second user, i encountered this error with :
"Your program license does not permit more users to work simultaneously. Wait until another user has stopped using the program"
i tried the partner license (which i see there are 20 Full User CAL), i also tried with my client's license (25 Full User CAL), both encountered the same error.
i cross check the File > Database > Information > session, it said "Licensed Session : 0".
i have cross check i use the right license.
Any clue ?
Thanks before.

Did you Uploaded the license or changed from License Information screen?
Try by Uploading the license and restart services..0 -
Restarting the service did the tricks.
It works now.
Thanks
Btw, i just check the licensed sessions, but it still stated "0" ? (i log in 3 sessions)0 -
If you want to see current sessions then

Hello,
I experience with the same error but in the current and license session it was already at the limit, and so the exceeding client who will connect receive this error. See attach file. Here is the scenario. Before we have defective server where our NAV and SQL are stored. Gladly I was able to have full back-up of our database. I install NAV to a new server and SQL and able to restore its database. Everything is working until I tried to connect 30 client users. Is this come up with the license per user but before I can connect more client even the License Session is less than what it post from the Information. Hope you can give me advice about this.0 -
I had the same wrong! But this was when i restored a new NAV2013 data base.
It seems the NAV backup include the active sessions, so I had to truncate the “Active Session” table of de current database from "SQL management studio".
And that was all.0
