Action Ribbon

Hello.

I have question about action ribbon.
Is there any way to put new action in "Customer" group at "Home" tab on "22 - Customer List" page exclude Customize Ribbon?
I try all categories from 4 to 10 and it not working.

    Yes, it is possible. You have to modify the ID of the custom action-line into a number below 1000 I believe.
    Try to pick a number which most probably will not be used in the future by Microsoft.

    Strange.
    ID 111 works fine for me. I see the function in the customer-section.
    Do you use the right indentation?

    Please, can you attach the screenshots of "action properties" and the "action structure",
    because I do not understand , what is the "right identation" :(
