NAV 2013 RTC PREVIEW ISSUE

hi all,

we have an issue with Inventory valuation standard report and don't know what exactly is happen.
every user in database has SUPER role, so it is no a matter of permissions, we think.
the issue only happens with two users.
figure out user1 and user2.
user1 previews the report and data appears, report seems to be ok
user2 previews the same report with same filters and only captions appear on the preview.
but user2 print the report saving it as pdf and then the data is printed :?: :?: :?: :?:

we tryed to import the report from a standard database, overwriting the existing, without results
also we delete user2 data on system table Session using SQL Server Management Studio, without results

any ideas?

    First change the following report property:

    Open the report for design
    -> go to the last property that should be "PreviewMode" change from Normal to PrintLayout and reply back if the problem still persists.
