Create Notes doesn't have All user in "TO"

I am trying to create note from purchase order but not able to get all users Login ID that are in database for a particular user .

Do you see any user? Yourself for example?
Only users that are registrered in NAV are shown there.
You want to send notes to every user in NAV?

yes i can see only two users
my self and another user which i have log in through my PC

Then using http://www.mibuso.com/dlinfo.asp?FileID=1380 is the way to grow.

It's not a bug, so there's nothing to solve. That's why someone created Enhanced Notes.

but i am getting this for a single user which is in Domain

all other user have all Users in "To" of notes

Could be that user has not got rights to read table "User (2000000120)"?
User needs a permission set which includes rights to read that table.
