Unable to change "Prevent data loss from table changes"

Hi everyone,
I am trying to change the "Prevent data loss from table changes" property from Yes to No in NAV 2013 R2.
In the development environment, I went through Tools->Options and changed the property to No, clicked Ok and closed the development environment.
But when I opened it again, it found that the property value got back to Yes.
I tried many times to changed but it is the same result everytime ](*,)
Why is that?

If you close Development Environment then it will set back to Default Value
