Hi all,

How can I disable the General Ledger in main menu. Only General Ledger must be disabled in main menu.

    What version of navision are you using.

    Do you want it do be disables for all users or for a user group only?

    You can disable controls by changing the properties.

    Hi allende,

    first of all: which version are you working with?!

    In V400 you easily hide menus for some users in the navigation pane. In V370 and earlier I would design a second main menu without the general ledger. After that you go to the user setup and say which menu should be the start menu for the users.

    The best way depends on how many users are supposed to see the menu with the general ledger. If there are only a few users then I would modify the form 330 and delete the general ledger button in there after copying the form.
