Create New Codeunit

Hi all,
I have some uncertainties about the Nav2013R2 license
I search for the content of Nav2013R2 Starter Pack.
It includes a certain amount of additional tables/pages/reports and also 10 codeunits.
Then, I try to add table/page and within limited range (50000....) and it's ok.
However, when i create new codeunit i have permission warning.
What i see from license is that
350 Starter Pack
450 Full Concurrent CAL
8100 Codeunits (each)
Does it mean i can only execute extra 10 codeuints rather add/modfiy?

10 codeunits are added to the license but they are not assigned (numbered) yet.
You need to assign the codeunit first before you can create and execute it0 -
Just like Torben R. said, you have to assign your object.
