Hi,
When doing a full upgrade from 2009R2 -> 2013R2 what about data in third-party apps - will the upgrade process handle that as well, or does it only handle data in standard tables?
I guess if you install a new version of the third-party application in NAV2013R2 prior to doing the upgrade I must handle data upgrade myself e.g through Rapid Start?

Standard upgrade just handles standard objects. Some partners could have own upgrade proces to upgrade their solutions. Rest must be handled on your own.0
