Going Live NAV 2013

I have done all my set ups from posting groups to the chart of accounts but i have not kept a clean copy of my database ie i have a lot of test data posted in the database . How can i move over my set ups and chart of accounts setting for Go- Live ?

I would create a configuration package, then populate it with all tables that have data in them and go through the list and delete the tables you don't want to include.
