NAV 2013 Restrict User to specific menusuite.

Is is possible to restrict user to a specific menusuite i.e. the user only sees menu on that menusuite?
Few years ago we were not existing and few years to come we would be in the grave! So what will benefit us in the grave?

    Is ES free, I imported the objects but don't have permission to run them?
