Hi Experts,
Recently i am facing an issue ie.,
I have installed an Webclient in my machine and its working fine ( localhost:8080) and we do have 20 members to access this but
they can't.
The other member used my ( IP:8080 ) they got an error ie.,
[ A server error has occurred, and the content cannot be displayed. Refresh the page or open a new browser window. ]
Now, is there any other step which i have to do, and how to delegate.
Thanks,
Raj

Hi Raj
Questions that you need to answer:
1) Can you access your webclient using IP:8080?
2) I assume your machine has a name. Can they try name:8080?
3) Is your machine also the application server? The web server? The database server?
If your machine is not the web server, can you try it from the webserver? Try localhost, IP and the machine name.

This could also occur with some role Center issues. Please check what RC they are using. Some webparts e.g. links could cause this issue. And by the way you should use the DNS Name instead of the IP, but this has nothing to do with the issue0
