Different layout for a single customer.

Hi guys,
I'd like to know how would you deal with the following requirement. (NAV 2013 R2)
There is this VIP customer that requests a special layout for the "Sales - Shipment" report 208.
So all the Shipment reports are standard vertical Layout except for this VIP customer that wants a horizontal layout with very few fields, so everything is different, header and Shipment lines.
- Is it possible to Dynamically change the layout orientation of the report.
- Do I have to do a different report just for this customer?
- In case I need 2 reports, what would be the best place to put the code where I verify that it's the VIP customer and I have to use report2 in stead of standard shipping report?
Thanks!

It is not possible to dynamically change the layout orientation in a RDLC report, would be nice if we could do this, but we cannot.
I would create 2 reports and 2 different actions in RTC, but then the users of course need to remember to select the correct action for this VIP Customer.
If they cannot remmember this you need to create a codeunit and do the selection there.

I'm also offering RDLC Report Training, ping me if you are interested. Thanks to the 700 NAV developers that have now already been at my training. You know you can always call if you have any RDLC report issues :-)0 -
It is very easy to add a field to table Report Selections (77). You can for example add the Customer No. and filter on this before printing.
Or add a report code like described here.
