Purchase Receipt Date

Good day!

We are trying to create a receipt report per PO line. What is the specific field for the actual receipt date? Can we get it from the receipt header or line tables or from the item ledger entry table?

The posting date is not the actual receipt date correct?

    If you want to know when the document was posted i.e. system date i would check the item register creation date

    Thank you. Do you happen to know if there are table references that can help me determine the relationship (item register to purchase receipts headers, lines)?

    You can use Document No. and Document Line No. from Item Ledger Entry table, retrieving the Entry No. from Item Register table.
