How to save what have been changed in page setup in preview?

In previous version 2009, user was allowed ,when previews, to adjust the alignment via page setup and the changes will be saved by client station. Now, in version 2013, user's still allowed to do so via page setup when previews, but the different is the changes is not permanent, user needs to change it every time they need to print.

Is there any ways that we could save what user has been change ?

    Go to report layout in visual studio Choose Report tab from Top go to report properties and specify page setting here

    That is changing paper media of report. but in this scenario, user wish to save what they has been changed in Page Setup. Any advice ?
