Waldopad Install Error

Hi guys,
Quick question:- We have a client that needs the ability to store large amount of texts in a table. So WaldoPad seems to be a perfect fit. I am just having issues installing it on their server.
Client Setup:
1 NAV Server
10 additional server that connect to the nav server. These 10 servers are used to do load balancing.
I installed (by running the the WaldoNavPad Setup.msi file) Waldopad on 1 of the 10 server to test it out and I imported the objects but I keep getting the error message--> "Please run the setup of WaldoNavPad". I also tried restarting the server and I still keep getting the same error message.
So the next logical setup is to install it on the NAV Server.
Can someone guide me as to what I need to do in order to get past the error message. Getting waldopad to work is a key component of the module that I am working on. Am I missing something crucial? Or would installing it on NAV Server should fix it. And after installing it on NAV Server would I have to restart it??

what version is the client on?0
-
Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2
Version US Dynamics NAV 5.0 SP10 -
the only reason I was asking is if they are using 2013.0

I am not really sure about the inner workings of WaldoPad. Does it need to be installed on the server that is running NAV Server?0

are you running RTC or classic client? if classic client, you need to install this on the OS where the client is running.0

When we installed it we set it up on the clients.
And the clients needed .net framework 3.5 if I recall.
As well as setting up a codeunit.
I don't know how many versions there are of Waldopad.0 -
Installing it on each users machine resolved the issue.0
